Skip, this is a truly beautiful photograph! Though it seems to me that you've got the city name a bit mixed up. This appears to be the Black Rock Harbor Lighthouse which sits on Fayerweather Island off the coast of Bridgeport, Connecticut (the island is accessible via a breakwater). There are indeed two lighthouses at New Haven about 15 or 20 miles west of Bridgeport, but this isn't either of them. Again though, your photograph is absolutely stunning.
