This tower, like a number of ones in the state is well off the Delaware bay and used primarily as a navigation aid in the sense of a rear light to be lined up with another on the water itself. This one is about 12 miles inland.

Yes Jeff, the towers are similar but this old relic has really been mistreated and there is no water nearby. Thanks for the comment.
