However, with a magnifying glass, one can see a ton of boats on an offshore Florida sand bar on the horizon on the right side of the image. Upon questioning I was told that it is a great place for the marine police to consistently write tickets for boating under the influence. There must have been a hundred boats out there. Just partying.
